If you’re a father looking for a space to show up honestly, connect with other men, and work on becoming the man your family needs, you’re welcome to check out The Soil Brotherhood. 👉🏾 Join here: https://tinyurl.com/thesoilbrotherhood –––––––––– If you’re a father who’s been hard on himself, this episode is for you. For a long time, I believed I was inconsistent...especially when it came to business. I tied my sense of discipline and worth to outcomes, progress, and whether things “worked.” But when I slowed down and looked at my life more honestly, I realized that story wasn’t fully true. In this episode, I reflect on what helped me see myself differently...through running, fatherhood, showing up quietly, and learning to tolerate frustration and boredom without giving up. Not to give advice, but to offer another lens you might look through when you think about your own consistency and growth. My hope is that this episode gives you permission to acknowledge the work you’re doing, even when no one’s watching, and to recognize the body of work you’re building over time. [ep24 – 63]
