MRUV Special Edition: Disassembly of a Rapido RDC-3

I recently obtained an Rapido NYC RDC-3 for use as the local passenger run. I wanted to paint/weather the unit and especially the underbody which was painted an odd blue color. So I decided to tear 'er down and get the underframe and truck side frames freed up for painting. I have never done this on a Rapido RDC so don't claim any expertise. I just took my time and carefully disassembled the unit. I point out some things I learned if you may have the notion to disassemble your RDC. Once disassembled I painted the underbody/trucks with Vallejo Model Spray colors Panzer Grey and US Khaki. Yes, an airbrush could be used but I didn't feel like going that route. I added a few seated figures on the inside and weathered the body shell using some Vallejo acrylic washes and Ammo of MIG pigments.
