Usta (The chef) skillfully stretches the dough using the authentic Bafra technique, stitching it by hand before baking it in a traditional stone oven. The result? Crispy, buttery, and absolutely mouthwatering pide! Here are the 4 types of pide we see in this video: 🥩 Özel Kıymalı Bafra Pidesi – The classic Bafra-style pide, filled with minced meat flavored with parsley, onions, and black pepper. The crust is crispy, golden, and brushed with butter for that extra shine. 🌿 Ispanaklı Lorlu Pide – A vegetarian delight! This one’s stuffed with spinach, local Lor cheese, and red onions, creating a fresh and tangy taste. 🥔 Patatesli Pide – A soft and creamy version, packed with mashed potatoes and Turkish spices for a unique, comforting flavor. 🍳 Pastırmalı Kaşarlı Pide – A true masterpiece!
