Forging Two Knives from an Old Bearing Ring | Handmade Blacksmith Project ‎ ‎In this video I made two beautiful handmade knives from an old bearing ring. ‎ ‎First I took an old bearing ring and cut it into two pieces using a grinder. After that I heated both pieces in the fire and used a hammer to forge them into the shape of knife blades. ‎ ‎Then I used a grinder to smooth and refine both knives. After that I drilled holes in each blade to fit the handles. ‎ ‎Next I heated the blades again and performed heat treatment to harden the steel and make it strong and durable. ‎ ‎Finally I fitted wooden handles to both knives and completed the build.
