Cut the chicken breast into small cubes and season with your preferred spices. 2. Cook the chicken for 8–10 minutes, making sure not to overcook it. 3. After 5 minutes, add Wellington Steakhouse Sauce and sweet chilli sauce. Let it simmer until the chicken is well coated and saucy. 4. Remove from heat and set aside. 5. Roll out the pizza dough and spread your pizza sauce evenly. 6. Add a layer of white cheddar and mozzarella cheese. 7. Top with the saucy chicken, onion, green pepper and chicken polony 8.
