And press with the hand after this add yogurt, salt and blend well and pour on baray .finally add green chutney ,roasted cumin ,chaat masala and green coriander and serve . Daal Moong Pakoray: Ingredients: Yellow lentils (soaked) 1 cup Rice flour 1 tbsp Chopped onion 1 large Chopped green coriander, green chili ½ cup Crushed coriander, cumin 1 tbsp Curry leaves 8-10 Crushed red chilies 1 tbsp Turmeric ½ tsp Soda 2 pinch Method: Soaked yellow lentils grind. now all remaining all ingredients mix then after 10 minutes heat oil and make pakoray and fry .when golden brown then remove it and serve with chutney.
