In this Water Mandala Vinyasa flow we will focus on moving and lengthening our inner thighs and hips with deep lunges and energetically activating Svadhisthana, the Sacral Chakra, our source of movement and connection, related with our reproductive system. This flow is a circular flow, moving around the mat, it’s a lovely practice to connect deeper to the element of water. There will be TWO mandalas (not the usual three) to keep it under an hour.
