In this Fire Mandala Vinyasa flow we will focus on firing up and lengthening our side body, building on our internal resilience whilst finding energy, control and strength to assist with life on and off the mat. There is a focus on the outer thighs, IT band and abductors, twists and obliques. This flow is in a mandala pattern, a circular flow, moving forwards and back, it’s a really nice practice to connect deeper to the element of fire. There will be TWO mandalas (not the usual three) to keep it within an hour. This class will leave you feeling fired up, warm, energised and ready for absolutely anything!
