Made with ginger, molasses, and a few other simple ingredients, these cookies will give you the sweetness you need and the ginger flavor you love. With a simple recipe and simple ingredients, these cookies are perfect for when you want to make cookies and not feel guilty about it. Ingredients: 2 cups oat flour 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon baking soda a pinch of salt 1 tablespoon of fresh grated ginger 1/4 cup coconut oil 1/4 cup molasses Recipe: Preheat the oven to 170C. Mix the dry ingredients together then, add the wet ingredients. Keep mixing until it forms a dough. Chill the dough in the fridge for 20 minutes. Drop by making a small round dough then flatten it and put it onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 9-12 minutes. Decorate them with melted dark chocolate with a little amount of coconut oil and ENJOY!!
