Originally, my Amelina put it all in a bowl and kneaded the dough, but the dough is very grainy, because the oil starts to separate from the water, so it is difficult to work with it. I knew that somehow I had to combine water and oil so that they would not separate in dough, so this part was created with mixing water and oil in a blender. After 8 times the recipe was finally ready to share with you 💖 I sincerely hope you like it 💕 Although only flour, water and oil go into the dough, it is very fine. The dough itself is not sweet, so the jam should be very sweet. If your jam is not sweet enough, add sugar to taste. It would be good if you use homemade jam because it is thick and will not leak while the strudels are baking. If you do not have homemade jam, then add biscuits or walnuts to the jam to thicken it. You can fill these strudels with various fillings, with nuts, with poppy seeds, however you fill them, they will be perfect. you can also fill it with cheese and spinach, for example, and make salty strudels. If you come up with the idea of putting sugar in the dough, don't, I've already tried it and the dough is very hard after baking, I don't know why, but sugar in this combination in the dough is out of the question. I combined the oil and water using a stick mixer, you can also use an ordinary mixer but then it will take more time, it comes together like this in about 10,15 seconds. The dough is very thin, so you should not overbake it, as soon as the strudel is firm to the touch, you can take it out of the oven. As for the amount, you can simply increase the amount as much as you need. The basic measure is 50 gr of oil, 25 gr of water, 100 gr of flour. I multiplied it by 3 and got this amount.
