Great Breakfast recipe for cold days in this video. Welsh RAREBIT is great Breakfast recipe on a budget .There is an original Welsh Rarebit recipes with cheddar cheese and Worcestershire sauce, but really you can use any leftovers you have in your fridge and any bread leftovers. After all, there is English Rarebit, Scotch Rarebit, Buck rabbit, golden buck and blushing bunny. So I just call mine Canadian leftovers Rarebit. LOL Its a very heavy meal, so this portion will be enough to feed 4 people breakfast or lunch.
