Day 14: 30 Days of Christian Yoga - Caroline Williams Meditation In today’s prayerful practice with Caroline Williams Yoga, we’ll each choose a word or image that will serve as an anchor – our minds are prone to wandering and often averse to stillness, but when we notice that our thoughts have started to stray, we can gently guide attention back to our anchor. This anchor is a tool that helps us focus our minds and hearts on the presence of God. I pray today’s practice blesses you in a new, true and helpful way that honors the Spirit that lives in you. Because today’s practice is shorter, see if you can move your body on your own for 15-20 minutes, in whatever way feels right for you. **If you enjoyed practicing with Caroline Williams Yoga today, check out the full playlist for 30 Days of Christian Yoga here: • 30 Days of Christian Yoga **If you're ready to join a community of other Jesus-loving yogis seeking to deepen your awareness of the peace and presence of God, come and join us in The Abbey, an online yoga sanctuary! https://theyogaabbey.com Say hi on Instagram: / carolinewyoga P.s.
