After a month and a half long hiatus, Twentieth Century Nicoville returns to bring a late tribute, but an enduring one nonetheless. This was created for the commemoration of the 2024 Paris Olympics, the 33rd Olympiad of the Modern Era. Though it is several months since the end of the events, this AMV pays tribute to the olympics of old and new. Every cartoon, and every anime has celebrated the gifted challenge of sports and this tribute is the same. IT pays homage to those heroes of Ancient Greece of which the olympics originate. Though forgotten up until the Industrial Revolution, the spirit of the olympics, of excellence, respect, and friendship continue to carry on in those dark times and in times of war and peace. The olympics today continue to thrive under those ideals and the great idea of international unity and coming together to celebrate our gifted athletes and artists. John Williams, famed movie and orchestral composer, composed Olympic Spirit for the 1988 Seoul Olypmics used in NBC correspondance of the events. He also composed the main theme tune for the Olympics, Olympic Fanfare and Theme (along with Leo Arnued's Bugler's Dream), which was composed for the 1984 Los Angeles Olympics. His contributions to the Olympic Games has earned him the Olympic Order in 2003.
