Everyone will love it! 🛒 Ingredients For the mashed potatoes: 2.5 pounds potatoes (about 1 kg) Salt 2 tablespoons butter 2/3 cup milk Fresh dill For the chicken livers: 1 pound chicken livers (450 g), cut into strips 3 tablespoons flour 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 tablespoon butter 1 onion 1 medium carrot Salt Garlic powder 1 cup heavy cream (250 ml) Cherry tomatoes (for serving) 👩🍳 Instructions Peel the potatoes and boil them in salted water until tender. Add the butter and warm milk, then beat with a mixer until fluffy. Dip the chicken liver strips in flour. Heat the olive oil and butter in a frying pan. Fry the liver until golden brown. Remove from the pan. In the same pan, melt the butter and sauté the chopped onion until caramelized. Add the grated carrots and cook with the onion for 5 minutes. Return the liver to the pan. Season with salt and garlic powder. Pour in the heavy cream and return the liver to the pan. Cover and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
