Let me know in the comments 👇 I read every reply and love seeing your ideas 💚 👍 If you enjoy this easy recipe, please like the video — it really helps! 🔔 Subscribe for more easy plant-based meals (no talking, just cooking) 💚: / @deliciousveganvictor 🥗 INGREDIENTS Roasted Cabbage • 16-21 oz ( 500-600 g) cabbage, cut into 1-inch (2.5 cm) pieces • Fresh parsley or other herbs you like, finely chopped • 2 tbsp olive or avocado oil • Salt & black pepper, to taste 🍅 Warm roasted tomato sauce • 2 - 3 Roma tomatoes (or plum tomatoes), weighing no more than 3-3.5 oz (80-100 g) each • 1 - 2 cloves of garlic • ¼ tsp crushed red pepper or to taste • Salt to taste ________________________________________ 📝 INSTRUCTIONS 1 In a large bowl, toss the cabbage with oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated. Spread the cabbage in an even layer on a large rimmed baking sheet. Arrange the tomatoes alongside. 2 Roast on the middle rack for about 20–25 minutes at 425°F (220°C), turning once halfway through cooking. 3 Mash the roasted tomatoes in a bowl with a fork until you reach your desired consistency. Add finely chopped garlic and ground red pepper. Mix well. 4 Transfer the roasted cabbage to the bowl. Add fresh parsley or any other herbs you like, finely chopped, and toss to combine.
