In this Swim workout you'll work on movement coordination, water breathing control to make you ready for underwater surfing situations, like wipeouts and wave hold-downs. The exercise "Crawl B.Up" for example, works on your cardio and can increase your breath hold time. Crawl strokes are the most similar to your surfing paddling, so you'll be also improving in that area with this workout.
