This is audio that serves the purpose of calming it’s listeners, no matter their circumstances. This particular audio are the sounds of me biking over the Goethals Bridge on U.S Interstate 278 from Union County, New Jersey to Richmond County, New York. I would like to assure all people reading this description that I was riding on a part of U.S Interstate 278 completely within the law. The New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania State governments have shared jurisdiction of the pedestrian walkway of the Goethals Bridge, and each one of those state governments have authorized pedestrians to walk across the bridge via the sidewalk, and allow bike riders to ride across the sidewalk part of the bridge, between the hours of 6 AM and midnight.
