Beat the egg whites until foamy, then gradually add the 80g powdered sugar in two steps. Continue beating until stiff peaks form. 2. Add the egg yolks one by one along with the vanilla and mix until smooth. 3. Sift in the flour, cornstarch, and baking powder. Gently fold until fully combined. 4. Transfer the batter to a piping bag and pipe small circles onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper. 5. Dust with powdered sugar and bake at 170°C (338°F) for 12 minutes. 6.
