Learn how to make Dhaba Style Palak Paneer at home with simple ingredients. This creamy restaurant style palak paneer is smooth, flavorful, and made without artificial colour. Perfect with roti, naan or jeera rice. Easy Indian vegetarian curry for lunch and dinner parties. Ingredients Palak (spinach) – 250 grams (1 large bunch) Paneer – 200 grams, cubes Oil – 2 tablespoons Jeera (cumin seeds) – Onion – 1 medium, finely chopped Ginger – chopped garlic– chopped Spices Turmeric powder Red chilli powder Cumin jeera powder Garam masala Salt – to taste Creamy Finish Fresh cream – 2 tablespoons Method Wash the spinach thoroughly. Blanch it in boiling water for 2–3 minutes, Blend the blanched spinach with green chillies into a smooth paste. Keep aside. Heat oil and butter in a pan. Add cumin seeds, then chopped onions. Sauté until golden brown. Add ginger garlic and add chopped onion cook until golden brown Add the spinach paste and cook on low flame for 3–4 minutes. Do not overcook, as the color may turn dark. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder ( jeera) and salt. Cook on medium flame.
