Thick curd / hung yogurt .Ginger-garlic paste .Kasuri methi .Red chilli powder .Turmeric powder .Garam masala .Coriander powder .Cumin powder . oil .Salt as needed . food colour Method Prep chicken: Make deep cuts on chicken pieces so masala goes inside. First marination (15 min) In a bowl mix curd, ginger-garlic paste, all spices, oil & food colour. Coat chicken well.Rub on chicken and rest. Cover & marinate minimum 4 hours (overnight best) Second marination: Bake in oven: Preheat oven to 220°C Place chicken on rack (tray below to catch drips) Bake 25–30 min, turning once Last 5 min: switch to grill mode for charred effect 🔥 Finish: Brush with butter, sprinkle coriander leaves & lemon juice.
