I road the High Bridge Rail Trail mid-September of 2021on a Giant Revolt Gravel Bike. It's a 31-Mile Trek from Pamplin to Burkeville. I started the ride in Pamplin with plans to meetup with the others in Farmville (which ended up being the parking area not far from The High Bridge).
