Its hard to isolate specific muscle groups when training calisthenics so you may feel other muscles beings worked. However to make sure the triceps are being targeted the most keep your elbows tucked in on all the exercises. To make the exercises more intense you can super set them so perform two different exercises, back to back with no rest.
