FULL MODIFIED RECIPE Ingredients: 1 package of gluten free spaghetti noodles (11 oz) 1/2 cup of vegan cheese( shredded)-I used 2 kinds Mozzarella and Cheddar cheese) 2 cups of shredded cheese for later 5 tbsp of Parmesan cheese 1/4 cup of black olives 5 oz of vegan bacon 2 cups of Marinara tomato sauce 1 can of aquafaba 1/4 plain breadcrumbs Oil to brush baking pan Directions: Breake noodles into thirds and boil for 4 minutes. In the meantime, prepare other ingredients which you will incorporate with the noodles! Cut bacon into small pieces! Drain water from the noodles and add all the ingredients BUT cheese leftovers, Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs! Mix everything well! Brush the pan with an oil and sprinkle the bread crumbs over it. Dump the noodle mixture and distribute it well all over the pan. Put at 350F and bake it for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven, add remaining shredded cheese and top it with Parmesan cheese. Put back in the oven and keep it until the cheese melts! Enjoy!
