FULL MODIFIED RECIPE Ingredients: 2 cans of artichoke hearts 2 cups of red kidney beans 1 generous cup of cooked quinoa 1/2 of yellow onion 1 tbsp of canola oil Salt, pepper, turmeric, garlic powder, ground sage, cinnamon , ground ginger and red crushed pepper to taste Directions: Drain liquid from artichoke hearts and rinsed off them well. Place all the ingredients BUT onions on a blender and process until obtaining some texture( do not make it smooth). Transfer the mixture into a bowl , add onion, salt, spice and oil with it. Mix everything together. Preheat your oven to 450 F and brush your baking pan with an oil. Form burgers by creating a ball first and then flatten them! Put in the oven! Bake at 450F for 20 minutes and then turned to a broil. Broil for 3 minutes on each side! Enjoy! Tips: If your mixture is too loose, add some flour with it! If you have time, put your burgers in a fridge for some time before baking them!
