For those days when you just don't want to get out of bed. Whether you're tired, your body is sore, or any other reason, this practice is meant to give you a stretch throughout your physical body, offer the space to take some deep conscious breaths, and even offer you space for some quiet moments of meditative awareness and gratitude. This practice can begin from your bed, or laying down on the ground, and we'll gradually progress up to standing. Throughout the practice, the goal is to slowly energize and bring life into you, to help you begin your day on the right side of the bed, rather than the wrong side.
