This guided breathing practice is designed to help you release tension, reduce stress, and calm your mind through powerful breathwork techniques. Many of us carry stress in our bodies without realizing it. Stress often accumulates in the shoulders, chest, jaw, and nervous system, creating tension, emotional blocks, and anxiety. Before we can fill ourselves with positive energy and emotional balance, we first need to release the stress stored in the body. In this session, we will do a series of intensive breathing exercises and breathwork techniques that help relieve stress, reduce anxiety, and restore balance to the nervous system. Through guided breathing practices, you will allow your body to release tension and return to a calmer and more relaxed state. This breathing practice may help: • reduce stress and anxiety • release tension stored in the body • calm the nervous system • relax the mind and body • improve emotional balance • reconnect with your breath and body When stress leaves the body, the mind naturally becomes quieter, clearer, and more peaceful. Breathwork can help release accumulated emotions and tension while bringing your awareness back to the present moment and into the body. 🔴 Important precautions: Please practice gently and always listen to your body. If anything feels uncomfortable, stop and return to calm natural breathing. Exercises that involve breath of fire, strong abdominal pumping, or active belly movement are not recommended for: • pregnant women • women during the first 3 days of their menstrual cycle • people with serious abdominal organ conditions • people with serious cardiovascular conditions • people with high blood pressure before practice Also, if you are recovering from bronchitis, pneumonia, lung surgery, or any recent surgery, it is recommended to practice very softly and carefully, paying close attention to how you feel. If you experience dizziness, weakness, nausea, or any discomfort, stop the practice and rest.
