This is my 5th MINI restoration. The first three were Gen 2 (justa) Coopers, the 4th was an '06 Gen 1 Cooper S, so this is my first Gen 2 S model. Total cost including the purchase price, tax, title and tag is currently $5840.00. The car books out at between $8-8.5K, but the wife won't let me sell it ... she wants it. Yes that's snow on the ground in Milton (Pensacola area) Florida. The car started a little rough, but that was due to some of the Sea-Foam spray working it's way into the cylinders. Once that cleared out, the car runs great! I've got 2K miles on it now, and we're still motoring with no issues at all!
