This is a Mediterranean chicken and rice type thing Harissa-marinated chicken thighs, rice cooked in chicken broth in the same pan, capers, lemon zest, and a yogurt-dill sauce. Finished with raw veggies and cheese for contrast. It turned out really good, but theres lots of room for customizations. If you’ve got suggestions: spice changes, rice tweaks, better toppings, different herbs, a way to make it more authentic, or just any way to level this up then lemme know, I genuinely want to hear them.
