Classic Buttercream recipe - 1st try using the KitchenAid Cook Processor (http://kitchenaid.com.au/cookprocesso...) Note this can be made with either the cooking bowl or the food processor attachment. Preparation: 5’ Processing: 5’ Total time: 10’ Accessories: Multi blade Ingredients: 85 g unsalted butter at room temperature, 165 g icing sugar and 2/3 tsp vanilla bean paste or 1tsp of vanilla essence. STEP 1 To make the buttercream place the ingredients into the bowl of the Cook Processor fitted with the Multiblade. STEP 2 Manually set the timer to 5 minutes and press start to activate the programme.
