Thomson-East Coast Line Stage 4 (TEL4) currently terminates at Bayshore MRT Station, with Thomson-East Coast Line Stage 5 (TEL5) featuring Bedok South and Sungei Bedok MRT Stations projected to open only in 2026. For now, passengers can continue on to TEL5 by existing bus services 10 and 14 from the current Bayshore terminus to the future Bedok South and Sungei Bedok MRT Stations. The Thomson-East Coast Line (TEL) is a major development in Singapore's public transportation network, initially merging the Thomson Line and the Eastern Region Line into a single project. The TEL aims to improve accessibility and provide a seamless connection across various parts of the city.
