A Plan For Evaluating Software The most important part about any evaluation os to create a method for scoring the options.  Once that exists, you need only follow the steps necessary to enter data for that scorecard.  However, this does require a process and intentional approach so to ensure a consistent approach.  When you fail to take these steps, then an apple to apple comparison becomes difficult if not impossible.
