The pros in using this weaponised vehicle, one of the few that are allowed in the heists (set-ups) is its homing missile capabilities. These can easily take out the choppers from a great deal of a distance as well as cruisers and road-lock vans - to help speed up the cooldown for the wanted levels. It's much better using them compared to the blind homing missile launcher and/or the free-aiming RPGs.
