In this video, we give you 4 simple exercises for SCIATICA BACK PAIN RELIEF. The exercises are inspired by the work of world famous physiotherapist Robin McKenzie from New Zealand. They are considered McKenzie centralization exercises. Exercise 1-3 demonstrated in the video are considered your first line of defense during a sudden onset of acute low back pain. Exercise 4 can be done if you are on the go and are unable to lay down for exercise 1-3. However, when possible you may have more relief with exercises 1-3.
