MONTANA SOURDOUGH PANCAKES (adapted from "Cowboy Cookbook") *feed your starter 6-12 hours before Mix 1 cup water, 1 cup flour, and a dollop of fed starter. Let sit overnight in a warm place. Next morning: add 1 egg, 1/4 cup cream (or evaporated milk), 1 TBS sugar, pinch of salt to your overnight mix. Add more flour or more water/milk to get the right consistency.
