Grief is not something you solve or move past. It is something you learn to live with. This video is a recording from my free monthly Living With Grief workshop, a calm, supportive space where we explore grief through mindfulness, understanding, and self-care. Each session is designed to support people living with loss, whether your grief is recent or years old, whether you are navigating your first loss or carrying many. In this workshop, we explore: • How grief affects the body, brain, emotions, and daily life • Why grief can feel overwhelming, confusing, or isolating • How emotional waves are part of grief, not signs of failure • How mindfulness helps you be present with your experience, without trying to fix or rush grief The workshop includes gentle teaching and a guided mindfulness practice focused on awareness, compassion, and showing up for yourself. Each live workshop also includes a Q&A. The Q&A is not included in this recording in order to protect the privacy of those who attend live.
