Playing with Pan Pastels for the first time

What happens when you put pastels in a pan? Well, you end up with a lovely medium that is called Pan Pastels. This episode is a day in the life of an aspiring illustrator, which happens to be me, Claudia. I am starting from scratch, but not without the help of ‪@Skillshare‬ and all the amazing teachers there, especially ‪@KristinaHultkrantz‬ . This is a typical day of me trying to develop my style and explore different mediums and techniques. I am nowhere close to figuring out my style. While this makes me uneasy, I am happy to be where I am, learning and experimenting. What I do know is that I want my illustrations to eventually reflect my Mexican roots and my life here in Scotland. I am curious what this will look like.
