Toasted almond & honey panna cotta is an elegant, creamy Italian custard-like dessert made by setting sweetened cream with gelatin. It features a nutty flavor from infused or garnished toasted almonds and natural sweetness from honey, offering a silky texture contrasted by a crunch, often served chilled. Ingredient For Toasted Almond & Honey Pannacotta: Almond - 1/2 cup Heavy Cream - 1.5 cup Whole Milk - 1/2 cup Gelatin Sheet - 3 Water - to soak the Gelatin Honey - 1/4 cup Salt - a pinch Toasted Almond - to garnish For Smoked Honey: Honey - 1/2 cup Burning Charcoal - 1 piece Butter /Ghee - 1 cube For Black Pepper Tuile: Egg White - Egg white of 2 Egg Powdered Sugar - 1/2 cup Melted Butter - 4 tablespoon All Purpose Flour - 1/2 cup Black Pepper - 1 teaspoon (freshly crushed) Salt - a pinch If Powdered Gelatin is being used, then use 7g of Gelatin (an entire sachet) & 3 tablespoon of Water. Let the Honey sit in smoke for atleast 2 hours or Overnight. Bake the Tuile at 175 degree Celsius, for 5 to 7 minutes.
