Twin Otter Cockpit view Loganair DHC6 G-SGTS Tiree to Glasgow

On the 30th of June 2021, I flew the return leg of my Twin Otter adventure with Loganair from Tiree to Glasgow Airport aboard their 7-year-old Viking DHC-6-400 Twin Otter G-SGTS. The weather on the Island of Tiree was far from great, with low-cloud and drizzle making conditions quite grim. After landing from Glasgow I quickly browsed through the small terminal at Tiree, awaiting my return flight which would leave 5 minutes later. Soon boarding began and I sat back into the same seat which I had on the earlier flight. Shortly after a brief safety briefing, the engines were started and we began our tax out to the runway. My seat allowed me to get some nice footage of the cockpit during the various phases of flight. Stunning views overlooking the west coast of Scotland greeted us as we flew Eastbound and the murk cloud and rainy weather hanging over Tiree were soon left behind.
