108 Days of Initiation — Day 41 Vitality, Moving Energy, and Precision With the Fire Horse Welcome to Day 41 of the 108 Days. Today we explore vitality through a simple truth: when energy moves, life moves. Vitality grows when the body’s pathways open — breath, spine, fascia, meridians, nervous system — so energy can circulate instead of getting held in old patterns. ✨ Breath is a primary tool for moving energy, and it’s central in both Phoenix Rising and Simba’s Internal Alchemy work. ✨ The spine holds the body’s intelligence, and opening the spine changes the entire system. ✨ Fascia often holds the “past” as stored tension and charge, and when fascia opens, the nervous system finally has room to settle. I also share a real-time personal process from today: a deeper layer moving through the lower belly and womb space, a felt thread connecting belly to heart, and an old melancholic tone that has lived in the system for a long time. As the sensation opened, it became a movie-like release — relationships, timelines, and old attachments dissolving through pure somatic processing. After an enema and deep rest, something shifted into a new level of grounding and safety. This is the work: we move energy without needing to mentally decide what we are “working on.” We create the conditions, the body reveals what is ready, and the system completes what it can. We also talk about the Fire Horse energy from a clean lens: the goal is not to become the Fire Horse. The goal is to navigate it. Speed is met with precision.
