Give your boring divan bed a stylish makeover and create lots of storage space in the meantime! Under bed area's are perfect to store all those things you don't need all the time like suitcases, out of season clothes and all those dvd's you never watch anymore ;) I used outdoor treated wood as I love the colour and the rustic look it gives to the build. For that reason I also left the screw heads visible, if you don't like that simply fill the holes with filler, sand and paint the bed any colour you like.
