Plants - whether you eat a plant based diet or not, we all need more of them! Not only is plant diversity shown to give the optimum gut microbiome health, but that we should aim for 30 different plants per week! This can seem like a big ask, but once you look at all the different foods that qualify as plants - herbs, spices, even coffee - then you begin to see how this can be achievable.
