The Monday morning northbound rolls through Woodstock and Holly Springs with 54 cars. Turn up your speakers for fantastic notch 8 audio and RS3L horn action! One of my favorite operations to witness on the GNRR is northbound trains working the siding at Toonigh. Today, they pick up four soybean hoppers. Usually, they set off extra soybean loads here to be spotted during the week, but today, they actually picked up four more to bring to Pilgrim's. Unfortunately in the near future this will no longer be a frequent operation (as it once was), because the Pilgrim's Pride feed mill will be moving to a brand new facility in Ranger, Georgia.
