Welcome to Cardio Party Mashup! We have a variety of workouts on this channel that will push you while exercising to the beat in a series of songs. Today's style of workout is a BTS combo workout. In this workout, you will complete a series of cardio routines until you get to a cardio peak. You will then finish with a series of weight routines and a cool down and stretch. For the lighter strength routines, I am using 5 pound dumbbells. For the heavier routines, I am using 8 pounds and up. Please feel free to use whatever size is best for your current fitness level. Routine Intensity Level Key Level 1 : Low-Moderate Intensity; slow-moderate paced movements (usually a warm up or a cool down routine). You should be able to talk during this intensity level. Level 2: Moderate-High Intensity; fast paced movements; talking is more difficult as heart rate is higher.
