From Enemies To Besties With Food

Back in my early twenties I was depressed, had an eating disorder and entertained a very tortuous relationship with my body and food. I was miserable and extremely unhappy and, as a result, my food choices reflected that. I didn't care about my body and didn't give two hoots about nourishing it. I wanted quick, cheap and easy. But it wasn't until I hit rock bottom and was forced to go inward that I realised what was really going on for me. I then went on a journey to deep dive into my emotions, the voids I was feeling with food and got super honest with myself. It wasn't easy, but it was oh-so worth it. In this session, I give you the important tools to go from enemies to besties with your food and your body. We chat about how to eat from a place of love, the importance of knowing and having your why and keeping it at the forefront of your mind and the power of the 3 A's (awareness, action and accountability).
