Roll tie the foil balloon with ½ of an uninflated 260S. Set aside. Inflate 11" Deluxe Black balloons to 6" (10 pumps). Tie into duplets and twist into a quad. *Tip: make sure to squeeze the air into the top of the balloon before tying. This gives a better appearance. Tie half of an uninflated 260S to the weight and use to tie into the quad. Inflate the 12" Fashion Red LINK-O-LOON® balloon to 8.5" (30 pumps) and tie into the quad with the neck. Inflate the 5" Deluxe Black balloons to 4" (3 pumps). Tie into two duplets and twist into a quad. Using the tip of the LINK-O-LOON®, tie the step 5 quad onto the LINK-O-LOON®. Using the uninflated 260S, attach the foil balloon to the small “neck” quad. Make sure to get it tight so that the neck is firm and upright. Inflate two 260S Fashion Yellow balloons to about 15" (4 pumps) and tie together. Make two loops at the tie point and twist together forming the “hands”. Tie off the remaining uninflated 260S ends against the inflated portion. Then tie the uninflated ends together, leaving about 3" between the inflated “arms.” Slide the arms into the small quad between the head and the body. Twist to secure. Inflate the 6" Fashion Red Heart balloon with 4 pumps, squeezing to make a nice heart shape before tying. Attach to 260S “hands” by tying into the twist.
