The open and close montage to the 5:30pm edition of WSYM's FOX 47 News, the FOX affiliate and Scripps owned station for the Lansing & Jackson, MI areas; recorded on Tuesday, January 2nd, 2024. Welp, here we go...Here's one of the stations that are from my first few batch of recordings that I've recently added into my backlog, in which this is one of first ones that I have gotten to be in a 'Scrippscast' format. To my knowledge, and especially for those who are unaware for what this 'Scrippscast' format is, this is basically a new news format that some select Scripps owned local stations have been slowly introducing in, which it's mostly more of a taped, pre-recorded news-wheel format involving from various reporters and journalists from the local Scripps station to some from Scripps' national news being featured to work on creating this kind of a newscast. Graphics are a standardized graphics package for Scripps developed by the internal company's graphics hub down in Tampa, FL. This newscast heavily uses some newer, modified graphical elements that are exclusively seen and made for a 'Scrippscast'. Music is a customary production work for Scripps by Stephen Arnold Music.
