In this session I take Joel, a university basketball player through a tough conditioning workout. Its designed for YOU the viewer to train and shred with him using this athletic conditioning workout. REMEMBER, you don't have to be an athlete to run through this session. All you need is the motivation and intent to get it done. There's no equipment and you can do this workout anywhere.
