This gentle 30-minute breathwork and guided meditation is an invitation to slow down, soften, and return to gratitude. Together, we move through a calming box breathing practice, beginning with a count of four and gradually expanding to six—inhale, hold, exhale, hold—allowing the nervous system to settle and the body to feel supported from within. As the breath deepens, you’ll be guided into a peaceful garden visualization—a symbolic space shaped by your experiences, relationships, joys, lessons, and growth. This space is yours.
