This is an evaluation of the right front bumper region of a Fisker Ocean after: 1) Upper frame rail barrier, 2) VSP block off plate, 3) inner fender liner barrier and small outer 12 o'clock plug in outer fender liner, 4) hood weather stripping and 5) silicone tape wrapping and plasti dip/ dielectric grease of various connectors. There appears to be 100% mitigation of water from cowl due to frame rail barrier (a pool noodle wrapped in HVAC tape at cowl to frame rail junction), and substantial decrease overall in water intrusion to right front bumper. There is still some water that lands of VSP and lower front bumper area. It appears this comes from various areas: the area from body to light assembly, the grille and the various sensors. Overall it is much improved from initial eval which showed water dousing the front connectors with just simple spray washing of hood.
