By strengthening your glutes and the muscles around your hip joints, we will lift and firm your hip line while naturally improving your pelvic and leg alignment. The best part? By properly engaging your glutes, we prevent the overuse of your front thighs (quads) and calves. This prevents your lower body from looking bulky, leaving you with a balanced, beautifully elongated lower body and slim, lean legs. Let’s roll out the mat and get started! Ankle weights are optional. I used 0.5 kg (approx. 1 lb) for this routine, so feel free to adjust the intensity based on how your body feels today.
